Completing these steps first helps ensure a best-practice setup, reduces issues during migration, and sets you up for long-term success.

🛑 A note about Assigners 🛑

(if they also use Arbiter)

As you begin entering schedules in Arbiter, strong communication with your assigners is key. Historically, assignors often created games—but moving forward, Athletic Directors may handle schedule entry.

Before building out schedules, we recommend a quick check-in with your assigners to align on:

• Who is responsible for adding games?
• When should games be entered?
• What are the preferred team labels?
(now is a great time to adopt consistent terminology-gender/level/sport)

A short conversation upfront can prevent duplicate events, confusion, and extra cleanup down the road.

Arbiter Registration Migration Begins

Schools are invited to begin the transition from Student Central to Arbiter Registration. Trainings will be scheduled in phases to align with each school’s rollout timeline, ensuring a smooth and supported transition.

MAR 16, 2026

Arbiter Game Migration*

Schools are granted access to Arbiter Game. You'll still use Schedule Star for the Spring season, but you can explore Arbiter Game as time permits in preparation for the 2026-27 school year.

Access to future schedules (2026-27 and beyond) will be limited to generating reports and contracts.

*Migration dates are subject to change for schools with product dependencies tied to ongoing development efforts. When applicable, revised timelines will be communicated directly to ensure full feature availability prior to migration.
