Arbiter Registration Migration Begins

Schools are invited to begin the transition from Student Central to Arbiter Registration. Trainings will be scheduled in phases to align with each school’s rollout timeline, ensuring a smooth and supported transition.

Mar 2026

Arbiter Game Onboarding

Schools are granted access to Arbiter Game. You'll still use Schedule Star and Activity Scheduler for the Spring season, but you can explore Arbiter Game as time permits in preparation for the 2026-27 school year.

Team Mapping

Schools review and match teams to guide how schedules and data will transfer into Arbiter.

Event Migration (games only)*

The data team will migrate schedules from Activity Scheduler/Schedule Star to Arbiter Game.

At this time access to future schedules (2026-27 and beyond) in AS/SS will be limited to generating reports and contracts.

The data team will migrate practices, school, other events from Activity Scheduler/Schedule Star to Arbiter Game.

Website Onboarding (BigTeams)

Based on their requested timeline, schools will begin receiving access to their Arbiter Website to review and refine content. Once approved, the domain is transferred and the new site goes live.

Full Transition to Arbiter Game*

All scheduling activity will take place in Arbiter Game moving forward.
