We are planning to change the source scheduler for all Facility Scheduler users at the conclusion of the 2025-26 school year. All users will need to meet with our team to help us in the process and choose your switch over date. Please schedule a time HERE.
You can also email us at AGFSIntegration@ArbiterSports.com.
In order to begin integration with Arbiter Game, you need to meet with a member of our migration team. They will determine a launch date with you and ask for your help with mapping the sites found in Arbiter Game.
No. To update your connection to Arbiter Game schedules, you will need to utilize one of two options.
-
In Arbiter Game admin, you can set up an iCal feed to connect to calendars on websites.
-
As a member of the public, you can subscribe to a team's calendar. In that process you can ask the system to email you an iCal link. With that link, you can add an iCal feed to multiple calendar types.
Yes! We are actively working on a combined view for your league or district ("Parent Org") that will bring all the "Child Org" calendars into one view.
It should be ready before the start of Fall 2026-27.
You can subscribe to a team's calendar. In that process you can ask the system to send you notifications in various ways.
There is a general ticket box office link on the Arbiter Live school page where GoFan and other ticketing platforms can be linked.
Additionally you can now add individual event ticket and streaming links that will be viewable within Arbiter Live. Updates for those to be visible in the Arbiter app will go live within Q3 of 2026.
Arbiter Live has a search feature to find any school in the Arbiter database with active schedules being published.
All of your home and away games your teams are competing in will be visible on your public calendar view.
We do have on our roadmap to have a district/league/conference view available where all schools in that group would be visible to the public. That should go live in Q4 of 2026.
Not until you accept the change. Your public view is reflective of events added to your calendar whether via an opponent away game or by your for home events.
If you make a change, it will reflect on the public view, even if it has not been accepted by the opponent or even the assigner in some cases.
In Phase 3 of migration, at the end of May all Athletic Directors listed on your school's account will receive a unique link to click and opt in and map the team rosters you'd like to have migrated.
All student info for those rosters will come with it.

Our team will begin migrating schedules after April 1 with a 14 day business day potential time frame.
During that time, you will need to pause editing events in rST as they will not be guaranteed to be migrated over.
Once added to Arbiter Game, you will edit the events there. There will be no further syncs or migrations of data from rST afterwards. Only one transfer of data.
Our team worked hard to prevent duplicates, however, if any of the following did NOT MATCH on the event, it MAY have been imported:
-
Start Time or End Time
-
Date
-
Team (Activity, Gender, Level)
Thankfully, it's easy to delete the one you don't want! Simply open the event to edit in Arbiter Game and click "Delete Game" at the bottom of the page.
If Delete Game is not an option because you are the away school, you can Decline the game to remove it from your calendar.
Coordinate with the host school, if needed
with more details.
If you are the "Host" of an event, only opponents or assigners on an event can remove it. You can add event workers, change location and view information only.
Yes, when you opt-in, you can select the specific schedules you want to migrate.

If they are "School Assigned", yes.
If they are "Assignor Assigned", your assigning group will be migrating that event and assignment with our assistance.
If they were assigned by school, they will be included in the standard opt-in migration.
If they were assigned by an assignor, we are working with each assignor to manually import those schedules w/ assignments. It will ensure their accounts are set-up correctly and won't cause any issues for either parties. The timeline may be affected based on their cooperation.
If your conference has committed to Arbiter for 2026-27, we are working with each commissioner to import the full schedule with the assignments. It is a more manual process due to the intricacies of everything they do on their end.
The timeline will be affected by the set-up that has been completed and their cooperation in working through all the different pieces involved. We are confident it will be a pretty straightforward prcoess for your Conference Commissioners.
If you are seeing schedules, it is most likely coming from an opponent school or your assigner. If you are the host school, be sure that all the info looks correct and edit if needed.
We have begun the migration of schedules from rST's Activity Scheduler for those who opted in. If you are opted in and have not completed your team mappings, please look for that email which would have been sent to the Athletic Director listed on your Arbiter Game account. If you haven't received it, you can email us as AGMigration@ArbiterSports.com.
You can delete any team that doesn't have any events or rosters added to it. If you can't delete, you can merge the teams... 📰Merge the Teams
Any new teams you create or are created via the mapping tool...
- Look for duplicates and merge or delete
- Add Team Defaults
- Location, Officiating, Times, Smart Scheduler (optional)
Since rSchool did not have a tournament event type that housed all the matches within the event, we could not migrate those events appropriately.
Instead, you will now be able to add the tournament via one single event and add the match-ups once available...Adding Tournaments.
It will be a significantly easier process to manage your tournaments now. More updates coming soon to tournaments, stay tuned to our product updates via our product portal.
When editing a game, at the top of the window, you will see the history of the game. The first entry would show "Data Migration" (dates will vary)...

For Non-Team Events, there is not activity history to view so will not have an identifier whether it came from data migration.
We are planning for after July 1 to move those integrations. More info to follow.
We are currently developing a Clever integration ONLY for SIS. If you previously used SFTP you will transfer to Clever.
