I only want SOME of my schedules to migrate...
When opting in within the rST scheduling platform, you can select specific schedules to migrate, including School-Only. All others NOT selected will NOT migrate.

Our team will begin migrating schedules after April 1 with a 14 day business day potential time frame.

During that time, you will need to pause editing events in rST as they will not be guaranteed to be migrated over.

Once added to Arbiter Game, you will edit the events there. There will be no further syncs or migrations of data from rST afterwards. Only one transfer of data.
Will there be duplicates created?

Our team is working hard to prevent duplicates, however, if any of the following do NOT MATCH on the event, it MAY be duplicated:

  • Start Time or End Time

  • Date

  • Team (Activity, Gender, Level)

Thankfully, it's easy to delete the one you don't want! Simply open the event to edit in Arbiter Game and click "Delete Game" at the bottom of the page.

What if I see duplicates?

Coordinate with the host school, if needed
with more details.

No. Once you click to Opt-In, you cannot reverse it. So please make sure you are ready to migrate the selected schedules once confirming. Our team will begin migrating schedules after April 1 with a 14 day business day potential time frame.

Will officials assignments be migrated?

If they are "School Assigned", yes.

If they are "Assignor Assigned", your assigning group will be migrating that event and assignment with our assistance.

Will Contracts be migrated?
The acceptance of a contract will be migrated with the event. The default Arbiter Contract will be the accepted contract.
Will my officials assignments migrate over?

If they were assigned by school, they will be included in the standard opt-in migration.

If they were assigned by an assignor, we are working with each assignor to manually import those schedules w/ assignments. It will ensure their accounts are set-up correctly and won't cause any issues for either parties. The timeline may be affected based on their cooperation.

Will my WI Conference schedules migrate over?

If your conference has committed to Arbiter for 2026-27, we are working with each commissioner to import the full schedule with the assignments. It is a more manual process due to the intricacies of everything they do on their end.

The timeline will be affected by the set-up that has been completed and their cooperation in working through all the different pieces involved. We are confident it will be a pretty straightforward prcoess for your Conference Commissioners.

I am seeing only some of my sports schedules. Where are the rest?

If you are seeing schedules, it is most likely coming from an opponent school or your assigner. If you are the host school, be sure that all the info looks correct and edit if needed.

We have begun the migration of schedules from rST's Activity Scheduler for those who opted in. If you are opted in and have not completed your team mappings, please look for that email which would have been sent to the Athletic Director listed on your Arbiter Game account. If you haven't received it, you can email us as AGMigration@ArbiterSports.com.

How do I clean up my extra teams?

You can delete any team that doesn't have any events or rosters added to it. If you can't delete, you can merge the teams... 📰Merge the Teams

Any new teams you create or are created via the mapping tool...

  • Look for duplicates and merge or delete
  • Add Team Defaults
  • Location, Officiating, Times, Smart Scheduler (optional)
Where are my tournament placeholders?

Since rSchool did not have a tournament event type that housed all the matches within the event, we could not migrate those events appropriately.

Instead, you will now be able to add the tournament via one single event and add the match-ups once available...Adding Tournaments.

It will be a significantly easier process to manage your tournaments now. More updates coming soon to tournaments, stay tuned to our product updates via our product portal.

How do I know if it's a migrated event?

When editing the event, at the top of the window, you will see the history of the event. The first entry would show "Data Migration" (dates will vary)...

Will rosters be migrated?
In Phase 3 of migration, May-June, we will begin roster migration, after the Spring season completes. We want to migrate letters, awards and certificate data at the same time, so will wait until those are completed for the Spring season.
Will Coaches be migrated too?
Coaches will migrate with the rosters.
When will rosters and coaches be migrated?

Once schedule migration and mappings are complete, you will receive a link to opt in and map your rostered events. We will communicate the timing as soon as we have a final date.

We plan to migrate student roster info as well as the coaches listed going back up to 5 years.

Will it show events outside of Athletics?
Yes! Arbiter Game, while originally created for Athletics, is used across the country as a "Whole School" solution for scheduling events. Any event scheduled can be viewed within Arbiter Live (our public facing platform) within the calendar view.
Can I share ticket links?

There is a general ticket box office link on the Arbiter Live school page where GoFan and other ticketing platforms can be linked.

Additionally you can now add individual event ticket and streaming links that will be viewable within Arbiter Live. Updates for those to be visible in the Arbiter app will go live within Q3 of 2026.

Will other schools in my conference be visible on my public calendar?

Arbiter Live has a search feature to find any school in the Arbiter database with active schedules being published.

All of your home and away games your teams are competing in will be visible on your public calendar view.

We do have on our roadmap to have a district/league/conference view available where all schools in that group would be visible to the public. That should go live in Q4 of 2026.

When an opponent changes info on a game, will it show on the public view?

Not until you accept the change. Your public view is reflective of events added to your calendar whether via an opponent away game or by your for home events.

If you make a change, it will reflect on the public view, even if it has not been accepted by the opponent or even the assigner in some cases.

Will my locations and facilities be migrated into Arbiter Game?
We have already migrated the sites and subsites (locations and location details) if they were connected to your facility scheduler and were tied to an event. If you aren't seeing yours, please reach out to AGMigration@ArbiterSports.com and we can look into it for you.
When will my events flow from Arbiter Game to Facility Scheduler

We are planning to change the source scheduler for all Facility Scheduler users at the conclusion of the 2025-26 school year.

If you want to integrate sooner, you can email us at AGFSIntegration@ArbiterSports.com.

If you do integrate sooner, you would need to edit any events in rST's scheduler AND facility scheduler for the 2025-26 school year once that integration is removed.
