Before schedules can be migrated, each school must complete a quick team mapping step. This ensures your existing events from rST/BT are transferred to the correct teams in Arbiter Game.
Before entering schedules in Arbiter, align with your assigners on responsibilities, timing, and setup. A quick conversation upfront can help prevent confusion and extra cleanup later.

As we continue migrating schedules from Schedule Star to Arbiter Game, one of the best things you can do right now is verify that your team site assignments in Arbiter Game are accurate — especially for fall sports.
Why does this matter?
Schedule Star facilities and Arbiter Game sites are structured differently, which can sometimes create facility mapping issues during migration. If your teams already have default sites assigned in Arbiter Game, we can use those settings to improve migration accuracy.

Don’t panic if you can’t get to this before migration. We will still migrate facilities and continue working to match sites as accurately as possible. This is simply an extra step to help make the process smoother and cleaner.
